What does our warranty cover?
In accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, all products sold in the European Union have a legal warranty of three years from delivery (art. 114 et seq. of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).
During this period, Jyoko is liable for any lack of conformity or manufacturing defect existing at the time of product delivery.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by improper use, handling, or incorrect installation.
• Breakage or wear and tear caused by the habitual use of the product.
• Deterioration caused by improper washing, chemical products, or excessive sun exposure.
• Incidents that occur after the withdrawal period and are not related to original defects.
In these cases, Jyoko is not obligated to make free returns or replacements.
What happens if the product has been used?
According to article 103.c of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Therefore, returns of products that have been used, washed, handled, or damaged by subsequent use will not be accepted.
