Jyoko Product Warranty

At Jyoko, we take care of every detail to offer you durable, safe and carefully crafted products. All our items are covered by the legal warranty established under the regulations in force within the European Union.

What does our warranty cover?

In accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, all products sold within the European Union are covered by a legal warranty of three years from the date of delivery.

During this period, Jyoko is liable for any lack of conformity or manufacturing defect that already existed at the time the product was delivered.

This includes, among other cases:

Products that do not match the description provided
Defects in materials or workmanship
Problems that prevent the normal use of the product

If a lack of conformity is detected, the customer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

Damage caused by improper use, handling or incorrect installation
Breakage or wear resulting from normal use of the product
Damage caused by improper washing, chemical products or prolonged exposure to sunlight
Damage resulting from use other than that intended
Incidents unrelated to an original defect

In these cases, Jyoko will not be obliged to provide free repairs, replacements or refunds.

In order to properly process any warranty claim, the following may be requested:

Proof of purchase
Photographs of the product
Detailed information about the issue

Legal basis

This warranty policy is governed by the consumer regulations in force, in particular Royal Decree-Law 7/2021 of 27 April and the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
