Jyoko Giveaways and Contests
1. ORGANIZER
Giveaways and contests are organized by Jyoko Europe S.L. (hereinafter “Jyoko”), with registered address at Carrer dels Esqueis, S/N, Nave 10, 08415 Bigues i Riells, Barcelona, Spain.
Participation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. PARTICIPANTS
Participation is open to natural persons over 18 years of age.
Excluded:
- Jyoko employees
- Direct family members of employees
Jyoko reserves the right to request documentation to verify identity and age.
3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE
Unless otherwise stated, giveaways and contests are open to residents of Spain or countries within the European Union.
4. MECHANICS OF THE GIVEAWAY OR CONTEST
Giveaways and contests may be conducted via social media, the Jyoko website or other channels.
The mechanics, duration, participation requirements and specific conditions will be detailed in each announcement.
5. WINNER SELECTION
The winner will be selected randomly or according to the criteria specified in the giveaway or contest post.
Jyoko reserves the right to verify compliance with all requirements before validating the result.
6. PRIZES AND DELIVERY
The prize will be as stated in the giveaway or contest announcement.
The winner will be announced on the same platform where the giveaway or contest was held.
The winner must contact Jyoko within 72 hours of the announcement. Otherwise, Jyoko may select a new winner.
7. VALIDITY OF PROMOTIONAL CODES
If the prize consists of a promotional code, it will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
After this period, the code will expire and cannot be reactivated.
8. LIABILITY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
Jyoko reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any giveaway or contest for justified reasons or force majeure.
Jyoko is not responsible for technical failures, platform errors or incidents affecting participation.
Fraudulent participation is not allowed. Jyoko reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these conditions.
9. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided will be processed by Jyoko in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable laws.
Data will be used exclusively for managing the giveaway or contest and delivering the prize.
Participants may exercise their rights in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.
10. SOCIAL MEDIA
For giveaways conducted on platforms such as Instagram or Facebook:
- These platforms do not sponsor, endorse or administer the promotion
- Participants release these platforms from any liability
