4. Products
Jyoko offers textile products, accessories and other items displayed on the website for sale.
Jyoko endeavours to ensure that product descriptions, images, features, compatibilities, materials, colours and specifications are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen display, fabric, print, handmade production or product updates, provided that they do not affect the essential conformity of the goods.
All products offered are subject to availability.

- Product selection

Once the purchase process has been completed correctly, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order summary and reference.
Receipt of this email confirms that the order has been correctly received.

All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the purchase process before final confirmation of the order.
Jyoko reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price applicable to the order shall be the price in force at the time the customer confirms the purchase.
For shipments outside the European Union, as well as to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Andorra, additional taxes, duties, customs charges or import fees may arise, which shall be borne by the buyer in accordance with the applicable regulations at destination.
7. Product availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
If, after the order has been placed, any product is not available, Jyoko will inform the customer as soon as possible and may offer, as appropriate:
- partial shipment of the order,
- an alternative product of equivalent quality and price, subject to the customer’s acceptance,
- or a refund of the amount corresponding to the unavailable product.
In the event of a refund, it will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer expressly accepts another method.
8. Payment
The customer may use the payment methods enabled on the website at any given time.
In general, Jyoko accepts, depending on technical availability and current configuration:
- bank card,
- PayPal,
- bank transfer,
- and other methods that may be displayed during the purchase process.
The customer guarantees that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Jyoko adopts reasonable security measures to protect transactions. Payment data is processed by the corresponding payment entities and providers and is not stored in full by Jyoko when the operation is channelled through external gateways.
If payment is rejected, declined or cannot be processed for any reason, the order will not be processed.
9. Order confirmation and invoicing
Once the order has been confirmed and payment verified, Jyoko will proceed with its preparation.
The customer will receive confirmation by email with the essential purchase details.
The invoice may be made available to the customer in electronic format, in accordance with the applicable regulations, or sent together with the order or through the means enabled in the customer account.
10. Delivery
Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process.
Preparation and delivery times are indicative, unless expressly stated otherwise, and may vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, product availability or circumstances beyond Jyoko’s control.
In any event, delivery will take place within the maximum legal period applicable, except in exceptional circumstances or cases of force majeure.
If the customer provides an incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address, Jyoko shall not be responsible for any delays, incidents, returns or additional costs arising from this.
If the order is returned due to repeated absence, incorrect address, failure to collect or lack of cooperation by the recipient, Jyoko may claim the actual costs of the new shipment or the logistics management generated.
11. Transfer of risk and ownership
Ownership of the products shall pass to the customer once Jyoko has received full payment for the order.
The risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the customer when the customer, or a third party indicated by the customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
12. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer and user regulations, the customer has at least a legal period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Jyoko offers the customer a commercial withdrawal period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product, provided that the conditions set out in this policy are met.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must communicate this unequivocally to Jyoko within the applicable period, by email to info@jyoko.com or by any other means that provides proof.
The customer must return the product within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the communication of withdrawal, in suitable condition, with its essential elements and without any use other than that necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the direct return costs shall be borne by the customer.
Jyoko will refund the amounts actually paid for the returned product using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Jyoko may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the customer provides sufficient proof of return, whichever occurs first.
12.1 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in cases legally excluded and, in particular, in the following cases:
- products made according to the customer’s specifications,
- clearly personalised products,
- goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly,
- other cases provided for in the applicable regulations.
Consequently, personalised or made-to-measure products cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, unless they present a lack of conformity or manufacturing defect.
12.2 Made-to-order products for discontinued or low-turnover models
Some products available on the website may correspond to covers or textile accessories for models of car seat, stroller, bouncer or other items that are discontinued, out of production or have low turnover.
When expressly indicated on the product page, these items are made to order once the purchase has been confirmed and are not part of the usual high-turnover stock.
As these products are manufactured specifically for a particular model, they cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal once the production process has started, in accordance with the regulations applicable to goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods.
Before purchasing, the customer must carefully check the compatible model, print, colour and selected variant. This exclusion does not affect the legal guarantee in the event of a defect, error attributable to Jyoko Europe S.L., incorrect shipment or lack of conformity.
12.3 Returns of orders with promotions
If the total or partial return of an order means that the requirements of a promotion, discount, gift or free shipping are no longer met, Jyoko may recalculate the order according to the conditions actually fulfilled and adjust the amount to be refunded accordingly.
13. Legal guarantee
All products sold to consumers are covered by the three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, in accordance with current regulations.
In the event of lack of conformity, the customer may request, as appropriate and in accordance with the law:
- repair,
- replacement,
- price reduction,
- or termination of the contract.
The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, incorrect handling, improper washing, accidents, inappropriate exposure or any cause not attributable to an original defect in the product.
To manage a guarantee incident, Jyoko may request proof of purchase, photographs and a detailed description of the problem.
14. Personalised products and gift card
14.1 Personalised products
Personalised products or products made according to the customer’s instructions may involve variations in price, preparation time and specific conditions.
Due to their personalised nature, they are not eligible for withdrawal or exchange for mere convenience of the customer, without prejudice to any rights that may apply in the event of lack of conformity.
14.2 Gift card
The gift card shall be valid exclusively for purchases of products available on the Jyoko website, in accordance with the specific conditions indicated in each case.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- it cannot be exchanged for money,
- its use shall be subject to the available balance,
- and returns of purchases paid for wholly or partially with a gift card shall be adjusted to the payment method actually used.
15. Liability
Jyoko shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from:
- improper use of the products by the customer,
- incorrect data provided by the customer,
- incidents attributable to the carrier once the risk has been assumed by the customer,
- force majeure events,
- interruptions, errors or technical impossibilities beyond its reasonable control.
None of the above shall limit the rights available to the consumer under the applicable mandatory regulations.
16. Customer service and complaints
For any query, incident or complaint, the customer may contact Jyoko through:
Email: info@jyoko.com
Phone: +34 933 363 565
Postal address: Carrer dels Esqueis, S/N, Nave 10, 08415 Bigues i Riells, Barcelona, Spain

20. Modification of the conditions
Jyoko reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.
