Placing an order on this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.


1. Purpose and scope

These General Terms govern the online sale of products offered by JYOKO EUROPE S.L. through its website.

These conditions apply exclusively to consumers or end users. If the buyer acts for business, professional or resale purposes, they must contact Jyoko to request specific conditions.


2. Customer identification

To place an order, the customer must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.

The customer agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Jyoko reserves the right to verify this information when necessary.


3. Acceptance of conditions

Before completing the order, the customer must read and accept these Terms.

Jyoko recommends saving or printing a copy. The applicable version will be the one in force at the time of purchase.


4. Products

Jyoko offers textile products, accessories and related items.

Product descriptions, images and specifications are as accurate as possible. However, minor variations may occur due to display, materials or manufacturing, without affecting essential conformity.

All products are subject to availability.


5. Purchase process

The purchase process generally includes:

product selection,
add to cart,
review order,
login or guest checkout,
enter billing and shipping details,
select delivery method,
select payment method,
confirm order,
complete payment.

Once completed, the customer receives a confirmation email.


6. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are displayed separately before final confirmation.

Jyoko may modify prices at any time, but the applicable price is the one at checkout.

For non-EU shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.


7. Product availability

Orders are subject to stock availability.

If a product becomes unavailable, Jyoko may:

  • offer an equivalent product
  • refund the unavailable item

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.


8. Payment

Customers may use available payment methods shown during checkout, including:

  • bank transfer

The customer guarantees authorization for the chosen method.

Payment data is processed securely via payment providers.

If payment fails, the order will not be processed.


9. Order confirmation and invoicing

10. Delivery

Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

If delivery fails due to customer error, additional costs may apply.


11. Transfer of risk and ownership

Ownership transfers after full payment.

Risk transfers when the customer receives the goods.


12. Right of withdrawal

Customers have a legal minimum of 14 days to withdraw.

Jyoko offers a commercial period of 30 days from delivery.

The customer must notify Jyoko and return the product within 30 days.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Jyoko may withhold the refund until goods are received.


12.1 Withdrawal exclusions

Withdrawal does not apply to:

  • customized products
  • personalized items
  • perishable goods

12.2 Returns of promotional orders

If a return affects promotion conditions, the discount may be recalculated.


13. Legal warranty

All products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty.

In case of defect, the customer may request:

  • repair
  • replacement
  • price reduction
  • contract termination

The warranty does not cover misuse or normal wear.


14. Personalized products and gift cards

Personalized products
Cannot be returned unless defective.

Gift cards

  • not redeemable for cash
  • valid for purchases only

15. Liability

Jyoko is not liable for:

  • misuse of products
  • incorrect data provided
  • force majeure
  • external technical issues

This does not affect consumer rights.
