Terms and Conditions of Jyoko’s Sweepstakes and Contests
1. ORGANIZER
The sweepstakes and contests are organized by Jyoko Europe SL (hereinafter "Jyoko"), with registered address at Carrer Joan de la Cierva 3-5 Nave 3-B, 08960 Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona). Participation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. PARTICIPANTS
Participation is open to individuals over the age of 18. Jyoko employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. SWEEPSTAKES OR CONTEST MECHANICS
Sweepstakes and contests may be conducted through social media, Jyoko's website, or other channels. The specific mechanics, duration, and requirements for each sweepstake or contest will be detailed in the corresponding announcement.
4. PRIZES AND DELIVERY
The prize will be as indicated in the sweepstake or contest announcement. The winner will be announced on the same platform where the contest was published. The winner must contact Jyoko to claim the prize.
5. VALIDITY OF PROMOTIONAL CODES
If the prize consists of a promotional code, it will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the code will expire and cannot be used or renewed.
6. RESPONSIBILITY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Jyoko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any sweepstake or contest in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
- Jyoko is not responsible for failures in digital platforms used for participation.
- Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Jyoko’s privacy policy.
7. DATA PROTECTION
Participants' information will be processed in compliance with current data protection regulations. By participating, users accept the processing of their data for the management of the sweepstake or contest.
