What to know before you buy

Is it the same footmuff as in the collection?

Yes: the same making and the same materials. The difference is that only a few prints are left, with few units of each.

How does it fit with the harness?

Place the base on the seat and pass the straps through its openings (it works with 3- and 5-point harnesses). Buckle the baby in wearing thin clothes, with no coat underneath, then zip the cover closed over the straps.

Which car seats does it fit?

Most group 0 and group 1 car seats and infant carriers, thanks to its elastic edges and full harness opening. It does not fit larger seats.

Is it warm enough in the depths of winter?

Yes. The cover is teddy fleece with fibre padding and is waterproofed on the inside, so moisture does not get through. Behind the back there is only a thin padding.

And when it is no longer cold?

Open the zip, remove the cover and the base stays on the seat as a liner.

How do I care for it?

Machine wash at 30º, on a gentle programme and without heat. The fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified.

A tip before the first journey

With the baby seated, tighten the harness and try to pinch the strap at shoulder height: if you can't, it is snug enough. Also check your car seat manual regarding the use of accessories.

Can I exchange or return it?

No: outlet items cannot be exchanged or returned. Before buying, check the print and the compatibility with your car seat. If in doubt, write to us and we will reply within 24 hours.

Shipping and returns

Returns

We do not accept returns of personalised products made expressly to order.

For all other products purchased from our standard product range:

In the event of withdrawal by the customer, the customer agrees to bear the return shipping costs.

The return must be carried out within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

In the event of returning an order that includes a gift, the gift must also be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, the corresponding cost of the product will be deducted.

You can manage returns as follows:

Access “Order history and details” from your own account.
Click on “Details” to open the order you wish to return.
Select the product(s) by ticking the checkbox next to the product name.
Add the quantity to be returned if there is more than one product and, if you wish, include a brief description of the reason for returning the item so that we can record the issue and improve it.
Click on “REQUEST A RETURN”.
Once you have completed the above steps, you must send the product(s) to: Carrer dels Esqueis, S/N, Nave 10, 08415 Bigues i Riells, Barcelona (Spain).
Once the product has been received, we will proceed to review it. The item must be in the same condition in which it was sent and must not have been used. We will then refund your money within 8 working days.

Orders with free shipping

Customer orders that have applied for or benefited from free shipping and wish to return one or more items will have the corresponding shipping cost deducted from the refund.

Outlet products

Outlet products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Personalised products

Personalised products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In addition, 1 day is added to the delivery time.
