- This toiletry bag has a large interior pocket and a side handle. Thanks to its zippered top closure, all your essentials will be more secure.
- Made of soft fleece fabric, very pleasant to the touch. All our fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified.
- It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30º and do not use bleach or similar chemicals.

Returns
We do not accept returns of personalized products made to order.
For all other standard products:
In case of withdrawal by the CLIENT, the client agrees to bear the return shipping costs.
The return must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If the returned order included a gift, the gift must also be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, its cost will be deducted from the refund.
You can manage returns as follows:

Click on "Details" to expand the order you wish to return

Select the product(s) by checking the box next to the name

Enter the quantity to return (if more than one product) and optionally include a brief explanation of the reason for the return

Click on "REQUEST A RETURN"

Once received, we will review the product. It must be unused and in its original condition. The refund will be processed within 8 business days
ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING
For customers who qualified for free shipping and wish to return one or more items, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Outlet products are not eligible for return or exchange.
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, 1 day will be added to the delivery time.
