Shipping and returns
Returns
We do not accept returns of personalised products made expressly to order.
For all other products purchased from our standard product range:
In the event of withdrawal by the customer, the customer agrees to bear the return shipping costs.
The return must be carried out within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
In the event of returning an order that includes a gift, the gift must also be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, the corresponding cost of the product will be deducted.
You can manage returns as follows:
- Access “Order history and details” from your own account.
- Click on “Details” to open the order you wish to return.
- Select the product(s) by ticking the checkbox next to the product name.
- Add the quantity to be returned if there is more than one product and, if you wish, include a brief description of the reason for returning the item so that we can record the issue and improve it.
- Click on “REQUEST A RETURN”.
- Once you have completed the above steps, you must send the product(s) to: Carrer dels Esqueis, S/N, Nave 10, 08415 Bigues i Riells, Barcelona (Spain).
- Once the product has been received, we will proceed to review it. The item must be in the same condition in which it was sent and must not have been used. We will then refund your money within 8 working days.
Orders with free shipping
Customer orders that have applied for or benefited from free shipping and wish to return one or more items will have the corresponding shipping cost deducted from the refund.
Outlet products
Outlet products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Personalised products
Personalised products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. In addition, 1 day is added to the delivery time.

Once payment has been made, a dispatch order is automatically generated in order to meet our delivery times, and any change will only be possible through a return, with the return costs borne by the customer.
