White fish puree with vegetables
Fish is an important food in the child's diet since it contains vitamins important for its growth, white fish can only be given from 10 months of age or when the pediatrician advises.
Ingredients
• 2 potatoes
• 1 carrot
• 200 gr of white fish (without bones), can be whiting, sea bass, sole.
• 1 tomato
• 1 zucchini
• 1 teaspoon of olive oil
• 1 leek
• Parsley
• Salt to taste
Preparation: Wash and peel all the vegetables well, cut them into squares or chop them, then put them in a saucepan with a little olive oil and put them over medium heat, add water until it covers all the vegetables and turn up the heat until they are almost soft, then add the fish in pieces and cook.
When everything is well cooked, crush in a mixer with a little broth, take the water out of the saucepan and pour the puree, leave it on low heat for a few minutes, apply salt to taste, parsley and that's it. To enjoy!
Mashed carrots
Ingredients:
• 500 gr of carrots
• ½ onion
• 250 gr of potatoes
• Mineral water
• Olive oil
• 100 ml of cream
• Parsley
Peel and wash the carrots and potatoes well, cut them into equal sizes and chop the onion, pour them into a saucepan with boiling water, apply a teaspoon of olive oil and leave for half an hour to cook, when the carrots and potatoes are soft, remove them from the heat and let cool a little, then put everything in the mixer until it is puree, place it again on low heat, add the cream, the parsley and salt to taste, mix everything and you're done.
