The jyoko baby stroller backpack is very versatile as you can carry it as a normal adult backpack or hanging from the stroller. Because of its size it is ideal for family outings, going to the zoo, travel, etc..
The inside of the backpack has a large capacity to carry spare diapers, bottles, wet wipes, in short, everything the baby needs, without forgetting a toy!

The Jyoko trolley backpack is made with 100% cotton fabrics of the highest quality and with technical fabric inside to keep its shape.
All fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified for infant use.

Returns
We do not accept returns of personalized products made to order.
For all other standard products:
In case of withdrawal by the CLIENT, the client agrees to bear the return shipping costs.
The return must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If the returned order included a gift, the gift must also be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, its cost will be deducted from the refund.
You can manage returns as follows:

Enter the quantity to return (if more than one product) and optionally include a brief explanation of the reason for the return

Once received, we will review the product. It must be unused and in its original condition. The refund will be processed within 8 business days
ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING
For customers who qualified for free shipping and wish to return one or more items, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Outlet products are not eligible for return or exchange.
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, 1 day will be added to the delivery time.
