Crawling in babies is an exercise of great skill that allows them to achieve autonomy and independence in their movements, although for many children this process is not so easy to overcome for many reasons, some parents are concerned about the fact that their children do not start with the crawling.

According to experts, there are many benefits of crawling as they are, coordination of the two hemispheres, strengthening the axis of the shoulders and hips, improves vision, body coordination, strengthens the muscles that will help them stand up to be able to walking and improve manual vision coordination.

They also develop their motor skills, both fine and coarse, balance, control over the body, spatial awareness, problem solving, cognitive abilities.

Normally, babies start crawling between 8 to 10 months of age and at 6 months they begin to move in drag, then they are placed in four to start this stage.
