Returns
We do not accept returns of personalized products made to order.
For all other standard products:
In case of withdrawal by the CLIENT, the client agrees to bear the return shipping costs.
The return must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If the returned order included a gift, the gift must also be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, its cost will be deducted from the refund.
You can manage returns as follows:

Enter the quantity to return (if more than one product) and optionally include a brief explanation of the reason for the return

Once received, we will review the product. It must be unused and in its original condition. The refund will be processed within 8 business days
ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING
For customers who qualified for free shipping and wish to return one or more items, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Outlet products are not eligible for return or exchange.
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, 1 day will be added to the delivery time.
